Infinite Love & Gratitude with Dr. Darren Weissman
by Sandy Corso

Darren, I have to say interviewing you is a joyful honor.  I would like to share with everyone that I have had the distinct privilege of having you do the LifeLine technique on me; I knew you were an amazing spirit the minute I met you. You told me things about myself that no one could have known.  We have grown as friends and I deeply value that; and I am excited to share this interview with my readers.

Can you give us a brief description of the LifeLine technique?

Thanks so much Sandy!  I value our friendship and this great opportunity to share the simplicity and power of The LifeLine Technique.  It’s a complete system of holistic healing that is a philosophy, science, and a technology.  The philosophy is that everyone’s body is designed to heal, completely regenerate, and be whole.  The science is based upon many of the different conscious visionaries of our time, such as Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Masaru Emoto, Gregg Braden, Lynn Mctaggart and others, that, together with the ancient arts of healing that date back thousands of years (aboriginal, Chinese medicine, Ayurvedic, and shamanism), combine to create a fusion of science and spirit.

The LifeLine Technique becomes an interpreter for the true nature of symptoms and stress.  It helps a person get to the root subconscious emotional patterns of reaction that, when triggered, are at the core of every painful, scary, and stressful experience.  What’s amazing about symptoms, Sandy, is the body only speaks with a symptom because you have the conscious ability to choose love.  I use muscle reflex testing, the hand mode for “I Love You,” and the universal healing frequency of Infinite Love & Gratitude to harmonize subconscious emotional patterns in a person’s body and relationships of life.  It’s as simple or intricate as that!

We know you are writing a new book. Can you give us a hint about it?  Just a small one…I’m teaching people how to use The LifeLine Technique on themselves and others.  It’s an amazing book!  I’m just about finished with it and it will be out in early 2010.

The economy is on everyone’s mind. Can you give us three words to describe your thoughts on the current economic climate?

All is well.

How do you find time to return to “love & gratitude” throughout the day?

It’s a great question, but the truth is it’s not about finding time.  It becomes a way of life.  Once you’ve bridged the gap between your own conscious and subconscious mind enough, you are unable to help but see through eyes of love and gratitude, hear through the ears of love and gratitude, and feel through the heart of love and gratitude.  Whenever you find yourself in a place that is painful or scary, remember to first acknowledge the moment with “Thank you.”  From there begin to hold your hand in the “I Love You” American Sign hand sign and repeat the words “Infinite Love & Gratitude” to the part of you that’s in pain or afraid.  I know it may sound strange but once you actually understand the inner workings of it and actually do it, your life will forever change.  I talk more about it in my book The Power of Infinite Love & Gratitude.

You know I always like to ask more personal questions.  So here goes…
How do you deal with your toddler when she has a tantrum? What words and techniques do you use with her?

Ahh my sweet Rumilicious!  It’s not really her that’s the challenge; it’s more about staying present in my relationship with Sarit (my wife) that can be tougher than Rumi.  I’ll answer the question; however, I’d like to explain that we have 3 children ages 4 ½ and younger.  Life is moving at the speed of light.  As a result, something is always going on.  Not to mention--I teach, have a full-time practice, and am writing a second book.  Now back to the question.  Life is about intimacy and the journey of life is about staying connected during the ups and the downs.  Sarit and I do our best to not take things personally, but rather take them spiritually.  As a consequence, when we’re on target, we flow really well.  It’s when one of us has been up in the middle of the night because one of them has woken up, that under the duress of fatigue that the system can be shaky. It’s life; however, it’s in those moments of “Holy Cannoli” that new heart strings are formed and an awareness of oneself that goes beyond moment into a space and place that I like to call the “real me.”  Anyone can be up, positive, optimistic but when the going gets tough, who do you become?  All parents are able to appreciate those “Real Me” moments of frazzled, famished, and forget it!!!  They happen, embrace them, learn from them, and move on.  Do your best to apologize right away with hugs and sincere compassion for the intensity of being a mom or dad and move on. Rumi has a twinkle in her eye and looks at us with a smile before she starts coloring on the wall with a crayon or pulling Zenny our cat’s tail. We are our children’s parents and have fun while at the same time guide them to make choices based upon their infinite self-worth and self-love.  Many times easier said than done; however, I have to say, I love being a parent and I also love the unique and complimenting styles that Sarit and I bring to the experience.  When all is said in done, you know what’s going on in my heart and head: “Infinite Love & Gratitude.”

What did you eat for dinner last night?

Grass-fed skirt steak and an avocado salad with a ginger dressing.  I also had a yummy glass of pinot noir.

What other wellness things do you do to remain healthy?

I meditate every morning and evening on Infinite Love & Gratitude.  I play tennis 3 times per week and work out with a trainer 1x/week.  I drink one gallon of water every day.  I sleep on a magnetic and far-infared sleep system to maximize the potential of REM sleep.  I follow the eating program in my book and have recently added The Body Ecology Program to it…I’m loving the fermented veggies! I live life passionately and play often with my kids and Sarit.  Life is an amazing journey and one of the keys is to discover passion in everything that you are.  Making heart connections is the key to a happy and fulfilling life.
