Laughter is the best medicine. I swear, it's true. Laughter
for me is more contagious than a yawn. Someone can be laughing, I have no clue
why...and I break out laughing, too.

-makes you feel good -relaxes the whole body -increases blood flow

a "laughter yoga" class -surround yourself with funny, upbeat people
Have
a rip roaring, loud laugh and bring yourself back to balance. Laughing is good
